Incentives

For those who don 't know the term "Incentive": an incentive is something that entices or tends to entice to action or greater effort, as a reward offered for increased productivity.

In travel this means that your company rewards you with a holiday if you excel yourself on a professional basis: Incentive Travel. Often these trips are combined with conferences and/or seminars and/or an educational element.

I always knew the concept but preferred organising individual travel.

By coincidence and pure luck, BelAfrique got many demands for incentives and was thrown into the deep end, liking it or not. By coordinating more and more incentive groups, I  soon found out that there is almighty joy in designing and most definitely in executing these trips.

It's all about sensing a client and finding out where the dream needs to take them. Finding the tools & right people to get that result, is what I love doing. That's where I can let my creativity flourish and where the artist in me gets fulfilled. 

When I am a tour leader on the actual group, its incredibly satisfying to meet new people from all over the world and it also awakens my natural spontaneity with them.  If you like me to stay more on the background, that's of course no problem either: we make agreements in advance.
