Everybody is preparing for it, new roads are being build, hotels are rising up in the streets, little cozy "green" areas
are created,..., trees are being planted! giving the walls another coat of paint etc...I must say it is very exciting being part of all this. It's something to look forwards to, something that will be a once in a lifetime experience!
I believe South Africa is ready for it! Concerning travel. "Match" the organisation that takes care of FIFA's travel arrangement has taken options at the main hotels and transport facilities. There aim is to sell as much packages with tickets included, which they distribute via a very few selected agencies around the world. Permits will be needed for coaches to enter town, yet another permit to be able to drop people at the different stadia etc.. Quite an organisation BUT all for the benefit of everything running smoothly and to have as little disruption as possible. The cities will have to cope with tens of thousands of extra people during the games which is not to be under estimated. So organising a trip is a little bit more complicated and requires a bit more time than normally.

Price wise I'm sure a lot of businesses will try to gain as much as possible from this occasion so watch out for those. It's obvious that prices will more expensive but they shouldn't be exuberantly so.

Tickets for the games you can get via www.FIFA.com. If you have tickets for a certain game and you need help with transport or hotels (Any land arrangement), please don't hesitate contacting me.

I have access to a portfolio of smaller hotels and guesthouses, some in town and some of them further out of town that still have availability.

Transport is a bit more difficult, however, I'm very fortunate to have liased with a Luxury Coach & Rental Car Company which offers Chauffeur driven transfers & tours. There fleet exist out of 44-seaters to Sprinters to "S" and "C" class Mercedes. Other luxury vehicles (BMW, Lamborghini..) are available on request.

Also in my portfolio at 5 min from the city center of Cape Town is a newly build, modern, 3 story house, with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and living area with fire place. The whole area opens up to the most beautiful deck: views over Table Mountain, Lions head and Cape Towns Habour. One can even see the Cape Town Stadium! There are 3 ensuite Double Bedrooms. Alarm and Secure parking for 2 cars. Price and pictures are available on request.

Whilst you are here...remember it's the ideal moment to also visit the Victoria Falls (Zambia - less than 2 hour flight from Johannesburg) , one of the 7 Natural Wonders in the World....
