Day 1: Suggested start day Tues/Wed Fly Airlink from Johannesburg to Beira

Airlink fly everyday to Beira. 1130 -1310

Road transfer to Gorongosa A 3.5 hour road transfer to Gorongosa National Park headquarters - Chitengo. From Chitengo it is a 20 min game drive to Gorongosa

Gorongosa National Park fees Entrance fee to the park. It is a once off payment for the entire stay in the park Included in per night rate at Gorongosa


Day 1 - Day 6

5 nights at Gorongosa. Pay for 4 only with this package! These safaris are unique, 100% flexible and are led by some of the region's finest professional guides


 

Day 6:

Thur/Sun Road transfer to Beira Airport A 3.5 hour road transfer (as above) leaving Gorongosa at 0500 to reach Beira at 0830 in time for the Beira - Nampula flight at 0950

Best flights are on Thursday and Sunday to ensure no overnight in Beira

Road transfer from Nampula to your Beach Lodge (this Secret Gem is not really called beach Lodge, send me an email and I'll forward you all info on this little gem: the pics on the Newsletter are from the lodge) A 4 hour road from Nampula to your Beach Lodge. It is also possible to do an air transfer from Nampula to the Lodge.


Day 6 - Day 10

4 nights at your Beach Lodge Pay for 3 only! You overnight at a new truly authentic eco lodge situated in a private bay adjacent to the beautiful Baixo do Pinda with unbelievable diving and tropical pristine beaches


Day 10:

Mon/Thur Road transfer from The Lodge to Nampula. A beautiful 4 hour drive from The Lodge to Nampula. Passing by traditional Macua villages and some of Mozambique's most captivating landscapes. Exploring real Mozambique!

Fly LAM from Nampula to Johannesburg (via Maputo) LAM fly Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday from Nampula to Maputo, and then everyday from Maputo to Johannesburg departing at 17H30.

1. Before the above itinerary, fly from Johannesburg to Vilanculos via Pelican Air and enjoy some time on the Bazaruto Islands. Charter flights are available Whilst at Nuarro or before, a great day or overnight trip is to Ilha de Mozambique. It is only just under 2 hours from Nampula and just over 2.5 hours from your Beach Lodge.
